BEFORE ORDERING PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY & SCROLL DOWN TO SEE OUR ORDER FORM BUTTON:These terms and conditions applies to your access to use of Benibites order form, your information & services provided.You agree to these terms & conditions:
1. PERSONAL DATA - All personal information will be kept in private
2. PAYMENT OPTIONS - We ONLY accept bank transfer via BPI and GCash. For Cash-on-Delivery we prefer 50% downpayment to secure your slot & order. This is a first come first serve policy. Kindly send your proof of payment in any of our social media direct message (FB & IG: @benibites)
3. CAKE POLICY - 1 payment = 1 slot. Once cake is done, we will send out a photo before its delivery. CHANGING OF DESIGN & PICK-UP DATE is not allowed.
- Rush fee for cakes for next day delivery will be charged for P100.
- Rescheduling the date of delivery, he/she will be charged P200 per request for storage fee.
- Before paying your slot, kindly send us a direct message about your inquiry/design to our fb/ig direct message. We will then send your a quotation/confirmation before you can secure your payment.
4. CANCELLATION & REFUND - We do not allow cancellations and refunds. We do not honour last minute changes of mind & design when it comes to placement of orders most especially when it comes to custom cakes. Once delivered, all products may not be returned or exchanged. CHANGING OF DATES is not allowed.
5. DELIVERY - Benibites shall not be liable to any losses or damage of product. Once orders have been left in our premises & out for delivery, we no longer hold the responsibility of the products. Any complaints regarding damages of their order/s during transit shall be settled with the third-party courier. It is also the responsibility of the customer to ensure access of the delivery riders to their delivery address.
- As we surely prepare your orders is complete before pick up & delivery. We now strictly follow the pick-up time of comfort food ONLY from 8:00am-6:00pm & cakes ONLY from 1:00pm-6:00pm on the day of the reservation. Pick-up of cake before 1:00pm & comfort food before 8:00am is NOT ALLOWED. If you have time constraints, we recommend that you book and pick up the cake on an earlier date.
- Once we have sent out a photo/video of the finished product before the delivery & the client doesn't replied to our message and lapse the pick up time, we will let you choose a new time slot to pickup your order within the day.
- Last minute cancellations and changes are not allowed, since all deliveries are pre-booked.
6. BOOKING OPTIONS - We cater in-house delivery (for Paranaque residents ONLY), curbside pickup, 3rd party couriers: Grab/Lalamove/Mr.Speedy/Toktok is allowed.- For comfort food: Motorcycle delivery is highly recommended for a few number of orders only, but for bulk orders we recommend to book for a car delivery.
- For cakes: We recommend to our clients for the best & safest way of transport is to book a car delivery for mini, mid-size to big cakes (4" to 8") to avoid any damage as long as it stays on the car floor for an even weight distribution. Motorcycle delivery is fine as long as the customer & rider is aware in taking the risks of the cake they'll be delivery during transit.
- If booking your own rider: Please send us also the tracking link so we know if your rider is near our area. Make sure all delivery contact/receivers contact are correct.
- If pre-arranged delivery: If given address on the order form can't be found, kindly send to us the nearest pinning address so we can easily pre-arrange your booking. A: For safety delivery, as of now we will only cater orders within Metro Manila, unless customer/s will pick-up their orders personally.Q: Can we personally pick-up our orders from your location?
A: Yes, we highly recommend to pick-up their orders personally to ensure the safety and maintain the quality of our products.Q: Safest way to deliver our cake or bulk orders?
A: Our cakes are very delicate. We recommend to book for an MPV or sedan as the best and safest transportation. For bulk orders, we also recommend to book via car delivery.Q: How about lunchbox bento cakes? Does it need to be booked via car?
A: Motorcycle delivery is fine as long the customer and rider is well aware of the cake they're delivering.
(Please note that as soon as the cakes leave our door, the cake studio is relieved of any responsibility in case the cakes get damaged.)Q: How long does your cakes last?
A: Our cakes are freshly-baked daily. The shelf life is about 4 days but this could depend on how you store the cake properly.Q: What is the shelf-life of your comfort food?
A: It may vary depending on proper storage:
Carbonara: 1-2 days
Lasagna & Baked mac: 5 days
Cookies: 1 week
Brownies: 1 week
Red Velvet cupcakes: 2-3 days
Donuts & Cinnamon rolls, Bread: 1-2 days

A: We are now STRICTLY following our pick-up time:
Comfort food: 8:00am - 11:00am / 1:00pm-6:00pm
Cakes: 1:00pm - 6:00pmQ: When can I pay for my order/s?
A: We will send a price quotation once ALL order details are confirmed. Payment cut-off is within 24 hours after we send your cake quotation otherwise your order submission will be automatically forfeited. For comfort food, payment cut-off also is within 24 hours after filling up the order form.Q: Do you issue receipts?
A: No, we only have e-receipts, but you'll be receiving them after filling up the order form.Q: Can we return or exchange our order/s?
A: No, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any comfort food and or cakes that are sold, unless the issue is a result of an error within our production.Q: Is Sunday open for delivery pick-up ?
A: Yes, comfort food & pasta is open for pick-up delivery from 8:00am-3:00pm. We can open our Sunday for custom cakes depending on the surge or bulk of orders. We also priority special occasions like weddings and special anniversary
